Xeretec were previously using Sage TAS with some billing elements on Vantage Online and are wanting to change to align their systems under one interlinked umbrella of Salesforce platform.

Objectives

AsSalesforce was a key system for their business operations, Xeretec wanted a Finance system that could integrate seamlessly with Salesforce and their existing ServiceNow system platforms.

Xeretec also wanted to achieve improved data sharing through a real-time data system, achieve efficiencies through reduced ‘double keying’ of data between systems and deliver improved reporting capabilities.

Utilising the power of FinancialForce, Xeretec were able to move to a seamless integration with Salesforce and ServiceNow where they could control the lead to ledger process.

This significantly improved transparency of data across the business and reduced their time from lead, to sale, to invoice and payment by 30%.
