PeopleSafe have invested into Salesforce and wanted to partner with ION to design and evolve their system processes to allow the business to scale and grow.
The key objective for PeopleSafe was to support of the enablement of the Finance team via a centralised lead to ledger system with automation of key business processes to reduce the requirement for additional headcount within the Finance function while also improving the customer experience.
The key areas of improvement for the Finance function were in reducing the finance teams' resource and effort around processing of invoices, credit notes, assigning payments and sales and stock forecasting.
Through Salesforce Sales Cloud, PeopleSafe have been able to seamlessly integrate to Sage Intacct to automate processes and data from lead to ledger.
PeopleSafe have also improved their stock management system capability via Salesforce Sales Cloud, which has allowed them to significantly reduce the time of the lead to order process for the benefit of their customers.
