ION Training Course Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Training places are charged at £495 + VAT per attendee.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and acceptance by ION.

Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.

2. Cancellations and Substitutions

Delegate substitutions may be made at any time before the event.

Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the event are non-refundable.

ION reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

3. Event Changes

ION reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue or delivery method where necessary.

If ION cancels the event, delegates will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

4. Accessibility and Dietary Requirements

Delegates should notify ION of any accessibility, dietary or other requirements during registration. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this may not always be possible where information is provided at short notice.

5. Data Protection

Personal information will be used solely for the administration and delivery of the training event and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and ION's Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

ION's liability in connection with the training event shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. ION shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at, or cancellation of, the event.
