Objectives

Checkit’s main objective was to transition their finance software from Access Dimensions, which is an on-premise solution, into the cloud to avoid the access complexities for the finance team to use the system, as well as removing costly on-premise upgrades which was a sizeable amount of their budget per annum.

The other critical success factors for Checkit were being able to streamline inter-company processing, remove the need to manually re-key data and to have a system that provides real-time information and consolidated reporting.

Checkit + FinancialForce

Through FinancialForce, Checkit has removed the entire costs associated with the on-premise upgrades of Access Dimensions, which has released budget into other areas of the business.

The automation ability of FinancialForce has also significantly reduced time the manual processing time from the members of their Finance function, which as a result, has allowed them to re-focus this time saving into the performance of other key tasks within the Finance function.
