We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Processor and Business Administrator.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Processor and Business Administrator.This role requires a unique blend of data processing expertise and administrative skills to support the day-to-day operations of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 80% data processing tasks, including reviewing and updating transactional data, researching product information, and 20% business administration duties, such as answering phones and completing day-to-day admin tasks.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, and reporting to the Head ofFinance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and update transactional data accurately and timely.
  • Research and gather further product information as needed.
  • Answer phones and provide administrative support.
  • Complete day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist Finance Manager with Financial operational tasks
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

 Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in data processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data processing software.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
  • 1 year of experience in business administration is preferred.
