We're looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager with strong finance knowledge and a passion for helping customers achieve success through technology.

In this role, you'll build lasting relationships with finance leaders, support them in getting the most out of Sage Intacct, and ensure they meet their strategic goals. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using your understanding of finance operations—ideally within the education sector—to deliver real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing tailored success plans for each customer
  • Driving adoption and satisfaction with our solutions
  • Coaching colleagues and sharing best practices
  • Representing customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap

What you'll need

You will will need Sage Intacct Certification, or significant experience supporting a finance system is essential for this role.
