Share Option Scheme

We are building an incredible business that rewards everyone for their work.

Our ambition is to grow into one of the leading financial transformation and platform services companies in the UK. To do this well we want to invest in our employees and enable them to help build the company.

Important note: The  Company does not advise on tax and if you have concerns regarding your own personal tax status then you should speak to a tax adviser.

How our plan works

A simple and easy to understand model that everyone can benefit from.

How do I earn my shares?

For each full calendar quarter you work (Jan-March, April-June, July-September, October-December) you are awarded 1 share option, which means up to four share options can be earned per year.

The Managing Director has the option to assign additional shares on a discretionary basis.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see how many shares I have in total?
Share options are not recorded at Companies House and so are not publicly available details. To get an update on the number of shares you have, please ask Carolyn Carr or Rob Mathieson.
The individual limit states no employee can receive more than 250k. Is this correct?
An employee may not hold unexercised EMI options over shares worth more than the EMI £249,999 (as at the time of the grant) in a company at any time.
What happens if my shares are worth more than the EMI cap?
You will only receive EMI tax relief on the first £249,999. Above this limit and you will move into standard capital gains tax rates.
Who administrates our scheme?
The scheme is run by ION, but we use Muckle LLP and Harland Accountants to manage the EMI scheme.
What should I do if I have more questions?
If you have further questions about the scheme, please speak directly to Carolyn, Marc or Rob.
