ION launches XHR app
ION has officially launched XHR, a simple and easy to use HR solution, built on Salesforce.
The new application provides a suite of tools that make managing employees easier than it has ever been. Whether you are in the HR or Finance teams, you can centralise all your employee data into the cloud.
XHR allows you to manage key personnel data, such as holidays, absence, training, certifications, vancancies and applications. It also offers incredible reporting capabilities, ensuring you can query the data in the way that you want.
XHR can be used by any business, even if you aren’t a current Salesforce customer. If you are already using Salesforce, you can just visit the AppExchange and click to install. This helps you manage all your data in one place, utilising the cloud to access employee records from any location.
As part of the XHR development process, it was required to be security checked by Salesforce. This was successfully completed, giving you the confidence that your data is securely processed and stored.
XHR will be available to customers from the New Year, with license costs being £125/user/month.
