About Sterling

Sterling provides full-service API development, scale up and cGMP contract manufacturing services from grams to tonnes, combined with Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) research and development bioconjugation services.

Sterling wanted to transition from HubSpot into a cloud-based market leading CRM system to automate their lead to sale processes.

Objectives

The key objectives of Sterling were to have a centralised and secure cloud-based CRM system that held all lead, opportunity and sales data in real-time that could be reported on in different detail and provide insight to help drive the expansion of their business.

Sterling + Salesforce

Through Salesforce Sales Cloud, Sterling were able to get great insight into their business performance through automated lead to sales processing and customised reports.

Sterling were also able to build historical data for reporting purposes and were able to retrospectively review business performance and inform decisions from the data for the business growth they desired.
