PHSE were rapidly expanding out of Italy into Europe and having no existing sales orCRM software, they were looking for a cloud-based market leading CRM system to become their sales system.
The PHSE team wanted a system that would allow them to automate processes and workflows to save them time on admin tasks, whilst making the system easier to use. They required real-time visibility and forecasting of their data through a centralised CRM system to holdall lead, opportunity and sales data in a well structured and compartmentalised manner.
The other objective for PHSE was to have real-time and tailored reporting and insight to help drive the expansion of their business from Italy into Europe.
Switching to Salesforce Sales Cloud has allowed the team to have full visibility of their operations, increasing their ability to produce accurate insights and forecasting for business growth. With the addition of real-time access from any location, operations are a lot more efficient, allowing the team to do more, whilst reducing the amount of time taken through automated functionality.
PHSE were also able to build historical data for reporting purposes and were able to retrospectively review business performance and inform decisions from the data for the business growth they desired.
