Mandata wanted to transition fromMaximiser CRM, to enable them via flexible cloud-based platform, centralising data making information and functionality accessible to all staff.

Objectives

Mandata’s key requirement was to have all their processes aligned within one CRM. To allow the team to streamline processes effectively being able to track and align their CRM and billing functions.

Whilst incorporating automation to reduce the number of repetitive manual inputs, to make their data less prone to error.
