THE ROLE

We are recruiting for a Zendesk consultant to help deliver world-class customer service solutions.

Following our recent partnership with Zendesk, we are now recruiting for a number of consultants to help deliver service desk solutions to businesses within the mid-market.

To be successful in this role you should have an entrepreneurial, consultative, customer-centric approach, with a strong interest in technology solutions.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a customer service environment and understand the pains and needs of our customers.

Full training and certification is provided, including running workshops, designing solutions and configuring Zendesk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with customers to identify how their service desk can be transformed with Zendesk technologies.
  • Run customer discovery workshops, document the requirements and design a solution.
  • Configure customer support desk solutions
  • Configure customer support portals and communities
  • Configure both phone and chat channels
  • Use automations, processes and AI bots to deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Building reports
  • Training customers
  • Monitoring the usage of Zendesk products for customers

EXPERIENCE

You don't need all these skills, but we'd like to see as many as possible.

  • Proven abilities working with Zendesk Services (Support, Chat, Guide, Explore) or similar products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • Call centre or service desk experience
  • Experience scoping, managing and executing customer solutions
  • Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast paced startup environment with multiple roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus.
  • Obvious passion and people skills

It would be amazing if you had the following experience...

  • Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise class software solutions.
  • Can clearly describe technical concepts to end users in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software
  • 3+ Years experience leading and/or consulting on projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues pertaining to basic computer usage (Mac & PC), internet browser issues (Chrome & Firefox), email routing, internet connectivity, or other basic SaaS-related queries?
  • Ideally Experience of Zendesk Administration or support troubleshooting
