THE ROLE
ION is recruiting a business strategist to continuously develop its unique Business and Financial Transformation proposition.Working with the directors and management team, your role will be to carefully craft and define every stage of our customer's experience with ION, from initial customer acquisition, through delivery, and into post-service care. This will involve process mapping, content production, messaging and brand delivery.The core of this work will be around financial transformation and cloud-accounting, however, there will be significant involvement with the Salesforce delivery team and our manufacturing specialisms.Your key objective is to assist with scaling the performance of the business, through improved customer acquisition, market differentiation, and market alignment.
REQUIREMENTS
You should have a proven background of solution-based sales to mid-market enterprise businesses, preferably with experience of accounting or business systems.
- Experience of UX mapping,
- experience of content creation,
- experience working directly with marketing teams,
- experience researching markets,
- experience of working with directors and successfully delivering requirements,
- proven ability to easily navigate new markets and industry-specific comms
- highly innovative,
- the ability to clearly articulate business objectives and messages,
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
Most importantly the candidate should have a strong interest in continuous development of their skillset.
